What I Packed for my PA Vacation
So I might have packed too much for a 3 Night Stay... but I did use a lot of it so... there's that too. I could have packed one palette and used it every day... I used 3 palettes and used all 3 of them... so it didn't take up too much room... and I still did use most of this every day.
I packed the Revlon Prime Plus Perfecting and Smoothing Primer. This was the only primer I packed- I only really use one of two primers and this was just what I decided to pack... so I liked this a lot.
I did pack 3 foundations... and I used all of them. The reason why I packed 3- I wanted one with a high SPF, one without SPF for dinner/ going out and one sort of everyday one that I've been really like lately... I used all of them without using them the way I intended. Other than the Tarte Sugar Rush Skin Treat. Sugar Rush is like the Tarte version of Colourpop kind of. It's marketed to a younger crowd... but it works for everyone. I used this most days because this is the easiest product to use- and it just looks so natural but it evens out skin texture and it feels really nice. This was also useful because I had it on when we walked all through Valley Forge- and I didn't think it would be as sunny as it was so I didn't put any additional SPF on. This I had on my face and I didn't get burned on my face. I didn't get burned on my arms or anything either so it might not have been this SPF but... still I felt more protected.
I brought the Maybelline Dream Urban Cover because it has an SPF of 50 so I figured any outdoor things that would be good for. If we did decide to go to Hershey or to New Hope I figured we'd be outside mostly so this would be good. We didn't go to those places... but this is still a good product and I was glad I packed it.
And I packed the Uoma Beauty Say What foundation which I just really like. I figured no matter if my skin is dryer or a little less dry- this would work.
I also carried 2 setting sprays- the Urban Decay All Nighter because that makes everything last and the Ulta Beauty Setting Spray with SPF to have an additional SPF. I've had this for a while- I'm not sure what the exact name is or if they still carry this setting spray... and I didn't end up using it. But I had it.
I had The Urban Decay All Nighter Setting Powder too- but I keep that in my purse makeup bag.
Also for the face I had the Elf Flawless Highlighting Concealer. I just like this- it looks nice and it highlights nicely.
For Blush I packed my Em Cosmetics Soft Amethyst Blush Elixer- which I really like and it's easy to use.I also packed the Milani Super Charged Cheek and Lip Multi Stick... I forget the shade I have. I didn't end up using the Milani one though.
I packed the Nars Summer Solstice Bronze/ Highlighter duo. I think I only used this once or twice... I like this product though.
For highlight I packed the Colourpop Smokin Whistles Highlighter. These are easy to use and I didn't think it would break in the suitcase.
For eyes I packed the Juvia's Place I Prep, I Prime primer, Tarte Maneater Mascara and the LA Girl Ultimate Eyeliner in the nude shade. I only used that primer and mascara- those were the only 2 I packed. I think I used that eyeliner sometimes but not every day.
The Palettes I packed were the LA Girl Vip Palette in Desert Dream. Or its the Desert Dream Palette in VIP. Either way it's a big pink one that says VIP on the front. I also brought the Em Cosmetics Eye Palette in Faded Clementine and the Juvia's Place Vanessa Eyeshaow Palette. I did use all 3 of these. I think I used the LA Girl one twice and the other ones once. I also brought the Makeup by Mario Crystal Reflector in the shade Quartz.
I brought a lot of lip products. I had some in my purse too so idk if this is everything... but I brought 1 shade from Beauty Bakerie's Lip Whip line... not sure the color. I also brought the Ofra shades in Bel Air, Refine and Revive.
And I had the lipsticks in my purse... I think the 2 I used most were the Nyx Lingerie XXL Liquid lipstick in the shade Strip'd Down and the Maybelline Ultimatte Lipstick in More Taupe. I think I had some other things- but I definitely used these 2.
That is everything! I hope you guys like this or found my overpacking useful!
Bye!
