What I’m watching! 10.13.23

Alright so let me talk about all the shows I've been watching this week!

New Shows

Dancing With The Stars

Okay- this season's been pretty exciting- and the dancers have really improved since week 1... it's exciting to watch!

This week I think my favorite dance was from Jason Mraz, I also really liked Xochtl Gomez, Charity did great, Alison Hannigan I think did better than week one... and my favorite professional dancer: Jenna got eliminated for the week. I'm sure she'll still be on the show in the dancing numbers- but it's a bit sad she won't be dancing the rest of the season. And Tyson was fun to look at .

I think the highest score of the night was the woman from Vanderpump rules- who did a great job too.

Motown night was fun to watch- I love Motown songs... so all the songs were amazing... and the dances were good.

The Masked Singer

Okay tonight was a fun night because it was 2000s night... and I have some guesses.

So the pickle was an awful awful singer and I was texting with a friend of mine and she said "oh do you think it's Michael rappaport" because of the Friends clue. He was on friends, he kind of sounded like him and there were some podcast clues, some clues that made him sound like someone that caused some fights. There might have even been an only murders in the building clue??? Possibly a cop clue??? I forget- but yeah anyway the clues added up and my friend was right.

My other guesses S'more I think is Ashley Parker Angel from the band Otown. The Cow I think is probably Ne Yo. Sometimes the best clues are to not really pay attention and just listen to the songs- and that made me really think it was Ne Yo. The Gazelle could possibly be Christy Carlson Romano... but I'm not sure if she's that good of a singer or famous enough to be on the show... my mom was thinking maybe someone from Descendants- but I don't know if any of them are married?

The Golden Bachelor

There was some drama this week- but it wasn't too bad. I kind of understand where everyone was coming from. Teresa- my homegirl from Shrewsbury NJ (note: I don't know Teresa- but I don't live that far from Shrewsbury so I will hereby refer to her as my homegirl) had a great first date with Gerry- she has a really strong connection with him... and Kathy- who seems like a very fun lady- keeps getting called up last for roses and... she hasn't had as much time with Gerry and I think she's a little sensitive about that. She seems to be having a great time with some of the ladies there, they formed a clique called ASKN which stands for April, Susan, Kathy, and Nancy- but when she talks to Teresa- she feels that Teresa is bragging about her connection with Gerry. And Kathy thinks Teresa is just acting like they're already going off into the sunset and that Kathy should just pack her bags. And I can see Kathy's annoyance with it- my mom really didn't think Teresa was trying to brag and she thought Kathy was overreacting... idk I think with Golden Bachelor you're dealing with different women than on The Bachelor. They aren't insecure if a girl grabs Gerry first on the first night- but I can see them getting upset at things like that. I think I would be too.

Other than that his one on ones were great, Edith apparently made the ladies some great Guacamole... and that's all I'm gonna talk about right now.

Bachelor in Paradise

I have some issues with Kat over how she treated Brayden- and honestly Jess too. So Kat was saying the only guy she wanted was Brayden- she was all in on Brayden... right up until Tanner comes in... and Tanner is Jess's number 1 guy she wanted to talk to... but he ends up taking Kat on the one on one... and Kat doesn't even talk to Brayden about it- she just goes right ahead and goes on the date and Brayden is CRUSHED. And she doesn't even seem sensitive to the fact that Brayden has feelings about this. She was pretty cold.

Also Sam hasn't pooped- and Tyler who she's been paired off with- has been trying to get her to poop so that she doesn't have to leave the island and get surgery to have a "poo baby". The editors did a great job with this storyline- I don't even think it's fake at all. You could tell by her sweat at the rose ceremony... this is a real problem. The editors also show a turtle poking its head out its shell... and it's great.

Goosebumps

Goosebumps is SO GOOD! The first 5 episodes are on now and there are new episodes coming out every Friday till November I think. Justin Long is doing his Justin Long best and... this is just a really good Goosebumps adaptation. We see how each of the books ties into the overall story. Like the Haunted Mask, the Coo-Koo clock... so many things. And Justin Long is kind of a good guy and kind of the villain and... I'm here for it. This Goosebumps show is great.

Gen V

I think I like Gen V as much if not more than The Boys.

I love the characters- I love their powers- and the bloodiness of this one and the issues the characters have are really good. It's just fantastic overall and... I like it. I'm excited to watch more of it!

Boy Meets World

I am almost done watching Boy Meets World in my weird backwards way of watching it. I finished Season 2- which was pretty good and now I'm watching Season 1... which is a much different show. Season 1 is more of a show about a family and kids- Shawn and Topanga aren't even in it as much. Cory's parents are pretty good in this season though.

And that's all I watched! I hope you guys like this post... maybe I'll do some more???
