Weekly Favorites! 4.13.23
Alright- posting my favorites a day early because I want to post my Renfield review tomorrow because I just watched it today!
First off... the thing I'm obsessed with the Costco Peanut Butter Pie. A friend of mine bought this for us because she wanted to bring it to Easter- but they didn't have it at Easter- but they did have it the next day and she came over to pick up some leftovers at our house... and it was really really good. I've eaten this cake like every day since she got it... and I'm not a huge cake person. It's also sometimes all I can think about during the day and I love it.
Somewhat equal obsession is this dip that my sister made that she called her "Super Bowl dip" which she also brought for Easter. It is Hummus mixed with Spinach Artichoke Dip and with Onions, Tomatos, Cucumbers and she puts feta cheese on half the dish because my mom doesn't like feta cheese. The original recipe also called for olives but she doesn't like olives and neither do I - so there's no olives... but feel free to add them if you and your party like them.
I started watching this show called School Spirit on Paramount Plus and I kind of like it. It's about a girl that goes missing and we see her at her high school as a ghost and there are several other ghosts at the school with her and she's trying to figure out what happened to her- but I'm guessing there may be some sort of link. The episodes did stream weekly but I just found out about it yesterday and I believe the finale was also released yesterday.. .so yeah. I haven't finished the second episode yet- but I did like it a lot.
I saw The Mario Movie and Renfield this week! Both movies were really really good. If you can only see one... I liked Mario more- but if you don't want to see a kids movie see Renfield. Or just see both they're both pretty great. Like I said- I'll have my Renfield review tomorrow.
I've also been really liking my Ariana Grande Thank You Next Perfume... this just smells really good! Like raspberries kind of. It's nice.
Bye!
