TMI Tuesday: Period Favorites

I don’t think TMI tuesday is going to be a thing… but let’s talk about my favorite Period Products! If you don’t menstruate- sorry not sorry for posting this… but if you do menstruate… this might be the best post ever.

So I usually use the U by Kotex pads. I didn’t think these would be good at first- I thought the whole point of these was to just have a pad that no one could tell what it was and it seemed more gimmicky than something that could be effective… but these are actually really good! They last a long time and they’re really good. I usually use the overnight or heavy ones… and there are sensitive skin ones also which I really like. And the pretty packaging does kind of make me happy.

I also like this brand called L. They have Organic pads and tampons- I had to ask someone for a pad or tampon once and they had these and they’re really good. I’m not much of a tampon person- but when I used this I was like “ohhh these are good.” And then I bought some more. They’re comfy and sometimes I feel like I need something other than a pad.

I wear sweatpants a lot in general… usually when I’m not working. This is recent- I’ve just decided I need to be more comfy when I’m not at work and I think they look cute. My favorites are from the brand A New Day because these are really comfy and inexpensive and they have pockets and some fun colors. I just like having something comfy to wear that is thicker than leggings.

I take Midol… usually I only need it for one or 2 days... but that’s what I use to ease my cramps and keeps me happy and it makes working, being on my feet or even just sitting down or sleeping more comfortable.

Some relaxing favorites that I always like but it’s especially nice when your tummy isn’t feeling well, my Kneipp Joint and Muscle epsom salt and bath oil, my Weighted Blanket and my new Weighted minion plush. These just make sleeping and winding down more comfortable and… it’s just a good thing to do to treat yourself during a tough time.

Also I like Bath and Body Works Stress Relief Lotion. This smells so nice and it kind of helps ail any aches and pains. This is a Eucalyptus Spearmint scent.
