Spa Sunday: My Favorite Bath Products!
Alright so here are my favorite bath products for the most relaxing bath. I have a few different favorites for a few different things... but I'll talk about all of them and hopefully you guys can get a good idea of what's worth it!
Dr. Teals Products
'm a huge believer in Epsom Salts and I totally recommend just going to the store and getting some Dr. Teal's. This is probably the cheapest and most easily accessible epsom salt brand that I would recommend highly. They have a lot of different fragrances, they also have ones with no fragrance and they have different moisturizing levels. They're really nice and work really well to relax you and soothe sore muscles.
I should also mention their matching Foam Bath which works really well too. It gives more of the scent- plus some bubbles. And the foam bath also contains Epsom Salt.
They have a really good body was with epsom salts too. And I like the Bath Oil that they have. I usually get the Lavendar Scents or the sleep scents with melatonin. The Eucalyptus Spearmint scent is good too- I havent used it in a while but maybe I'll get that one again next just because I do really like that scent.
Kneipp Products
Next up I have to mention Kneipp. I think the best Epsom Salts I've tried are the Kneipp Arnica Epsom Salts for Joints and Muscles. This just really melts all your aches and pains away. It feels so so good... you'll feel really nice when you get out of the tub after using it.
I've tried the lotion that is from the same line too... and that stuff is also great! It has a cooling effect so when you put it on everything just kind of cools off and tingles and feels way better. It's also been something I've been loving lately because my air conditioner is broken and this cools me off enough to be comfortable. It's really good.
And I got the Lavender Bubble Bath which is nice too. It smells and looks like Laundry Detergent and it's really good.
Vitabath
Vita Bath also has good products. Their scents are really good and they have some unique ones like raspberry and other sweeter scents. I tried their Green Tea ones and I really like them. They have Epsom Salts, Bath Bombs that have Epsom Salts in them (which is great and hard to find) and Bubble bath. I've tried their body wash before too and it's good too!
Favorite Scrubs
I really like the Tree Hut Vitamin C Sugar Scrub. This helps my skin a lot- I feel like my eczema is less when I use this and it feels really good.
And I like the Onyx Bathhouse Foaming Scrubs. These make my skin incredibly incredibly smooth! I love using these before shaving.
Favorite Body Wash
I love the Bath and Body Works scents- I love the Aromatherapy line and most of their lines. I also really like the Dove pistachio hibiscus (I think? Maybe magnolia? I forget it’s some sort of flower.) I also like the Caress Forever line- it smells really girly and nice.
Shaving Gel/ Cream
I like the Aveno shaving creams… but anything moisturizing is what I tend to use. EOS, there’s a Skintimate sensitive skin shave lotion that’s good.
lotions
Sol De Janiero’s body butters are amazing. I just used the Bom Dia bright and it smells amazing and moisturizes pretty well too! The coco cabana I think moisturizes the best but they’re all really good!
Bath Caddy
I also love having a bath caddy tray. I usually just keep a book with it- sometimes I’ll have a tea or coffee With it too... but usually I just like reading or keeping products on it.
Bye! -Shannon
