Music Monday: Lizzo Cause I Love You on Vinyl

Alright... so one of my favorite records that I think I've bought is Lizzo's Cause I Love You... her voice is INCREDIBLE but listening to it on vinyl... it just sounds way better.

She has a really interesting voice and even her way of breathing has sort of a dramatic musicality to it... if that's a real word- I'm not a music critic... but it just really really comes out when you listen to her on vinyl. You get so much more to the songs. It's so good.

So as much as I love the album... this one is not the deluxe version that includes Good as Hell... which is a little sad because I love that song... but otherwise it's all really good. Plus having Truth Hurts and Water Me as the last 2 songs is pretty awesome! Truth Hurts is probably my favorite song on the record... and Water Me is also a great song... but she makes a lot of really cool sounds that just sound really good on the record. It's really impressive.

And that's the thing about the record too... Jerome might be my least favorite song on the cd... but listening to it on the record- it's really great and kind of heartbreaking and... it just really works.

Other songs I love... Juice, Tempo, Exactly How I Feel, Cause I Love You... there are a lot of really great songs.

So overall this is one of my favorite records. I also got Coconut Oil from Lizzo... which is actually coconut scented... so that is really cool!

Anyway that is everything! I hope you like this- I want to do more Record Reviews- other than my Throwback Thursdays for Fall Out Boy... so I'm sure I'll have more of these!
