Movie Monday: Movie and Tv Haul

Alright I got some movies recently and I should share them!

First off my Target Black Friday Deals I got Saw X- which wasn't on sale- but I also got The Last of Us which was on sale and I got it with the buy 2 get one free deal at target- so it was practically free and I got 2 copies of How The Grinch Lost Christmas too.

I also got the Miley Cyrus record and both books in The Fourth Wing series.

I got some movies at my goodwill recently. One was a random couples wedding dvd... so that was odd? I also got a copy of a dvd that was marked as a Goosebumps dvd but it was actually Monsters vs aliens dvd- so that was a little disappointing. I also got Scooby Doo Ghoul School- Which I might have already but I wanted it on its own dvd. I think I have it in a compelation. I also got Zodiac and Evita too! I loved singing Don't Cry For Me Argentina when I was little so I had to get Evita.

Another new movie I forgot that I got was Mission Impossible Dead Reckoning. I loved this movie- I'm really excited to have it- I own all the mission impossible Movies now... and I like spy movies a lot- I have seen every James Bond movie... so yeah! I'm excited to watch this again and show my parents.

On Small Business Saturday my boyfriend and I went to Jack's Music Shop in Red Bank and I was looking for Frasier- yet again I didn't find it (people must really be holding onto those Frasier DVDs) but we found some interesting stuff.

The one most interesting thing that we found was a GIGANTIC dvd of the first 3 seasons of 24 from Hong Kong that can only play on certain dvd or Blu Ray players because it's region locked... and it was ONLY 99 CENTS! So my boyfriend has a Blu ray player that can play those... but even if he didn't- this box was kind of interesting. It had Vin Diesel, Denzel Washington and Mila Jovovitch on the back and it had glittery letters. The little thing they show at the bottom of dvd cases that says the movie title, director, actors and some crew members didn't even show 24- it showed Die Hard 2. So... I'm not sure if this is a bootleg copy or if this is just something that got lost in translation somewhere along the way... but either way- 99 cents for 72 hours of 24.... that's good.

Not something dvd related- but he also got a They Might Be Giants Record that was shaped like a map of the United States... that was another cool thing we found- we really like They Might Be Giants- We saw them in concert!

As for the DVDs we got- there was a whole Keanu Reeves Section- so we got a movie from the 2000s called The Replacements. Keanu Reeves is an actor I actually own a lot of movies from- and I've seen a lot of movies he's in too... so even though this wasn't the most famous movie on that shelf... it's one we haven't seen or heard of and it looked different so my boyfriend asked if we could buy it.

They had Troop Beverly Hills! I've never owned this movie but I could watch it all the time and I love it- so this was a no brainer!

I got Dracula's daughter and Son of Dracula- which are 2 Dracula sequels. Since I have the Classic Monster movies I wanted these sequels too.

I also got Changeling because this movie has kind of a twist that I heard the ending of recently and I want to see how that works...and I kind of like Angelina Jolie as an actress and this movie always sounded good... so I got it. It might be on streaming- but it was so inexpensive to get used I just thought I might as well get it.

I think that's everything. I did also get 3 Clive Barker books -2 that were in a series... so that's exciting. And I got a kazoo because... I bought a kazoo from five below the other day and it didn't work so I threw it out. This one works! Im not sure why I wanted a kazoo- but I was feeling whimsical and it will be put to good use.
