Foodie Tuesday: Worlds Best Ramen???

Carribean Jerk Chicken Ramen is something I didn't know I needed- but it was one of the best things I think I've ever tasted in my life. So... let's talk about it!

So I went to Wakai Craft Ramen in Edison and they have a lot of interesting and unique Ramen combinations and food that just looked and smelled really really fantastic. My boyfriend took me with one of his friends. We got the nacho appetizer and I think we got kimchi also and those were both delicious. The tea we ordered there was really good too... but the Jerk Chicken Ramen was just absolutely amazing and one of the best things I've ever eaten.

It was really spicy- but it was so flavorful and the chicken that it came with was really tender. I got mine with an Ajitama Egg- which was $2 extra and totally worth it. The egg was really good and I'm not that into eggs to begin with.

The restaurant itself was a bit small and packed for my comfort as a plus sized lady... but it was still worth it for the food. It isn't somewhere I'd go with a lot of people- but it was still really great overall.
