Foodie Tuesday: Melt Shop King of Prussia Mall

Okay- this is totally a place I'd like to go to again- and luckily I can! There's one at the Menlo Park Mall by my boyfriend- so I can try some more things!

It's basically a grilled cheese type of thing. I got the Crispy Chicken Melt, which is fried chicken, Pepper Jack, Red Cabbage Slaw and Melt Sauce. I got this because I love fried chicken first of all and the Melt sauce sounded like it would be really good... and it was really good. All the flavors melted (ha ha) together really well. The slaw was really nice and tangy too. I couldn't finish the whole sandwich- but it honestly tasted pretty good cold too.

I also got the Loaded Tots- my boyfriend is not a fan of Cheez Wiz- and I think this had cheez wiz on it... but it didn't taste the same as regular cheez wiz because of how it was with the Melt Sauce. All the flavors together kind of worked really well and... it was just really good. And I like that they have tots as an option because Tots get a little less soggy... its just a good option to have with this. Btw the loaded tots have Cheez Wiz, Bacon, Cherry Peppers, Melt Sauce and herbed parmesean. It all tasted really good together and it's kind of amazing these didn't get soggy or anything. It was just right.

So that's it. There aren't that many Melt Shop locations- I wouldn't say go out of your way to get it... but I'm thinking of going to Menlo Park sometime soon for it and that isn't exactly close to me. Hopefully they open up some more locations because it was pretty tasty and for what you're getting- not too much money.

Alright- that's the last Pennsylvania food review! Hopefully I'll have more food reviews soon. I kind of want to do local restaurants but... I don't want to give too much detail as to where my location is exactly even though I've kind of mentioned it roughly... I also don't want to give any negative reviews because... I don't want to bring down local businesses... that's just not me. I might do an "ORDER THIS" post next week cause I had something seriously delicious somewhere recently and I need to talk about it. So yeah... that's everything!
