Boston Railway and T

So... one of the reasons I wanted to go to Massachusetts to begin with was that their Public Transit was super easy to get around with... and it was pretty much just as easy as I remembered. My boyfriend and I only got on the wrong subway once- we realized it right away and we were able to get on another fairly quickly.

The train stops themselves were fairly nice too. Some of the trains had tables with them- which is really nice. There are so many colleges in Boston- if you need to do your homework, studying, paper writing or just taking an online class in general- you can do it on the train. Not all the seats have tables- but enough of them did- I'm sure you could find a spot.

We stayed in Beverly which is only one stop away from Salem by train... which was awesome. I would recommend staying in Beverly for spooky season- but even if you're staying in Salem- it's a good place to visit for food and shops- which I've talked about a little previously on this blog.

The Subway system is called the T and there's a lot of stations and stops so it's fairly easy to get from place to place. It wasn't hard to get to Newbury street or the aquarium using the T... it's not hard walking around either and just finding where you need to go. A lot of the places I remembered from childhood- so that was interesting and just nice to know in general. It was easy to get around and find stuff. A lot of stuff was the same- which was great.

Even though my Boston trip was a while ago- I still have a few posts I'd like to talk about on here. I'll probably do that on Wednesdays and maybe Sundays!

Bye!
